What is ASC’s Return and Refund Policy?”

Astronomical Solutions Company (ASC) offers a return and refund policy valid for 14 calendar days from the purchase date. To qualify for a refund:

• The product must be defective upon delivery, or in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged (including packaging material damage).
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing a refund.
• Only regular-priced items are eligible for return; sale or clearance items are not returnable.
• Customers must contact us first to initiate a return and are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• Returned items must be well-packaged to avoid damage in transit.
• All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Note: In cases where our policy conflicts with local laws of the Sultanate of Oman, the local laws take precedence.
